Summary
We have a great and varied role within AXA Healthcare as a Financial Planning Analyst. You’ll support the Financial Planning Analyst Manager on the AXA Health financial close process co-ordination including running team month-end processes, performing team IFC controls and producing financial reporting. You’ll also provide audit deliverables and provide required Group reporting financial deliverables.

What you’ll be doing:
Support coordinating the AXA Health close process to meet required deliverable deadlines for Group and Local reporting.
Coordinate tracking the departmental completion of month-end controls to manage operational risk associated with financial results.
Produce and book in the accounting ledger population policy volumes revenue policy premiums, subsidiary results, and commission deferred acquisition costs.
Run and evidence each month for audit, the internal team controls that cover key internal processes.
Production of monthly Health ExCom reporting, revenue report, population report, underwriting reports gross and net of reinsurance, commission report, and income statement.
Identify and investigate any abnormal results that could be potential errors and understand and explain any valid but unexpected results.
Analyse performance of key metrics against budget and prior year for the monthly analytical review meeting.
Complete as required, regulatory performance, solvency reporting and external financial benchmark returns.
Support evidencing the premium and commissions results, and financial reporting to external auditors.
