Summary
Site Manager - Portland
This role would suit a Freelance or Permanent Site Manager looking for long term work in Portland.
You will be overseeing the façade remediation work on a high rise building. Including scaffolding and render works.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to have long term freelance or permanent work with a busy and reputable contractor.
The role is likely to be in situ in August/ September.
Day to day:
• Standard Site Manager duties
• Managing health and safety on site
• Working with the site teams
• Holding progress meetings
• Reporting to your Contracts Manager
• Working with the Senior Management Team
• Ordering materials
• Assessing progress and planning works
Site Manager Requirements:
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
• Good positive attitude to work
• Driven and motivated
• Experience managing commercial/ construction sites
• Driving Licence
• Able to start at 7am and finish at 5.
