Customer Services Deputy Team Leader
An opportunity to join us as a valued member of our Customer Services Team. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking to add a Deputy Team Leader to the team.

Your Tasks
Delivering a high standard of Customer Service and build lasting relationships with customers.
Deputise and provide cover for the Customer Service Team Supervisor providing guidance and supervision for the team.
Responsible for order and delivery processing ensuring accuracy whilst using defined processes.
Work across multiple departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Continuously develop skills, product ,and customer knowledge.
Work on optimisation projects and highlight and areas for improvement to processes or the customer experience.
Our Requirements
Related work experience prefered, either within a customer service environment or similar supervisory level.
Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
Able to work Monday to Friday, between 08:30 - 17:30hrs.
