Summary
We are happy to announce an exciting opportunity to join our maternity teams as a Ward Clerk. We are looking for a part time Ward Clerk /Receptionist to join our Triage and Postnatal team at Frimley Park Hospital.
You will be welcoming mothers and visitors, answering phone calls, ensuring the security of the ward and supporting the midwives, doctors and maternity support workers with their administration.
This role involves data entry, reception work, admitting, transferring and discharging patients using a computer, ordering stock, reporting faulty equipment and answering the telephone as well as other general office duties.
Highly vigilant of patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality, the successful candidate will be friendly, have excellent social skills and be warm, polite and helpful at all times.
