Summary
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:00
Pay: £11.44ph to £12.50ph
Workforce Staffing are looking for a quality Inspector to join a busy spring manufacturing company based in Redditch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting manufactured springs prior to them going out for delivery. Checking measurements and tolerances whilst also assessing for any defects will be a pivotal part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough inspections on incoming and outgoing springs.
Utilize a variety of measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Identify and report any non-conformances or defects.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare inspection reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar quality control role.
Knowledge of inspection techniques and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills
