Summary

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Library and Learning Services.

You will be part of the central administrative team who support the whole of Library and Learning Services within a varied role with great opportunities to develop communication skills.

Duties include monitoring income and expenditure using the University’s procurement system, managing the collection of data for internal statistics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). You will be expected to work using your own initiative, identifying priorities daily to ensure that all administrative activities are undertaken effectively and efficiently.

About You

As Library and Learning Services Administrator, you will be a reliable, motivated team worker with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. To be successful you will need to have experience of working in a busy office environment using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
