The Customade Group is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of fenestration products to retail, trade, and
distribution clients. From facilities across the UK, we manufacture a comprehensive range of windows, doors, and roofs through our
brands such as Real, Atlas, Polyframe and Virtuoso Doors, and our Group includes our own national trade counter business,
Stevenswood. Within Stonehouse, we manufacture both PVCu and Aluminium fenestration products.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Manager to join us in Stonehouse.
In this role you will be responsible for our Health, Safety and Environmental activities across our Stonehouse sites driving
improvements in the safety culture, leading compliance and performance improvements to focus on long term reduction in accident /
incidents and delivery of environmental improvements.
With significant HSE management experience and proven experience of managing quality systems in a fast paced manufacturing
environment. You will be analytical, organised and methodical in your approach, experienced in problem solving techniques and in
performing site and factory audits.
Essential Experience
* NEBOSH certification and detailed knowledge of UK Health and Safety regulations
* Safety leadership including assurance compliance to statutory requirements and liaison with governing bodies
* Strong understanding of all applicable ISO standards
Desirable Experience
* Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing knowledge/skills is highly advantageous
* Experience of dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
