Summary

We have an exciting vacancy to join our Estates team. You will lead the interior design activity of any project, across the spectrum of tasks undertaken by the Estates team. This will include FFE, surveys, costs, design, management of contractors or suppliers, and quality control of any interior design related activity. You will be the team interior design subject matter expert, responsible for all information and advice concerning interior design and FFE. There will also be a requirement assist with the delivery of wider Estates projects where necessary.

* A formal interior design qualification would be advantageous
* Able to maintain effective relationships with wide-ranging internal and external stakeholders
* An agile and adaptable self-starter who can thrive in a busy, dynamic organisation
* Proven self-starter who can accept responsibility, prioritise and operate well under pressure.
