Summary
Busters cafe and grill are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a chef.
Responsibilities include :-
• General maintenance of kitchen area to include cleaning
• Completion of kitchen paper work and stock management
•Food preparation and menu management/development
• Level 2 food hygiene certificate or happy to work towards
•NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery desirable.

• Clean and well presented
• Well mannered
•Confident
•Team player
•Able to perform well in a busy environment on own initiative
•Motivated and enthusiastic
•Good customer service skills
•Well organised and able to prioritise workload
•Ability to complete shift work essential, including evenings and weekends.
