The school are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to teachers, assist in creating engaging learning experiences, and contribute to the positive development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of the curriculum alongside the classroom teacher.

Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.

Assist in preparing and organising learning materials and resources.

Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Contribute to a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in a similar role within a primary or secondary school setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong commitment to child safeguarding and welfare.

The ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility and creativity in supporting teaching and learning activities.
