About us:

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions across Wales. We support them and their families at our hospice in Sully, in the community and in their homes.

As a charity we greatly value the input, contribution and commitment of our colleagues, volunteers and supporters, without whose support we would not be able to provide the services we do to children and their families. Our families describe us as ‘a lifeline’ as we enable them to create precious memories with their children during their short lives as well as at end of life and beyond.

Our Purpose No family should have to face the unimaginable loss of their child alone. With children and families at the heart of all we do, we provide free care and support in our hospice and in the community, offering a lifeline throughout the child’s short life, at end of life, through bereavement and beyond.

We deliver this purpose by living our Values; we demonstrate compassion, we provide excellent service, we work together and we take ownership.
