Summary
The post holder will support the Lead Practice Development Nurse to establish and maintain a positive and effective clinical learning environment for both pre and post registered nurses, including overseas nurses and there specific needs. To proactively promote and deliver evidence based education and support to promote best nursing practice at all times. To ensure nursing staff have both the knowledge and skills to deliver safe, effective, compassionate care competently, aiming for the highest standards possible. Training will primarily be delivered via direct clinical teaching with some classroom/alternative forums as required. Please refer to job attached description for further information.
