Rolling 2 week rota

The Role:
P4 Recruitment are working with a client in the Lancashire area that have an award winning care provider and looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as a senior care assistant
About the role:
As a Nights Senior Care assistant you will have the opportunity to Lead, supervise Care assistant and act as a role model for the care home supporting the elderly residents to ensure all daily needs are met.
ideal candidate:
Working within a similar setting bringing a wealth of knowledge in dementia and elderly care
Experience of managing and leading a team whilst building a good rapport with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals
NVQ level 3 in health and social care
