Summary
A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointee and the Divisional Director, Division of Surgery. This will be signed by the Medical Director and will be effective from the commencement date of the appointment. The Job Plan may be reviewed after three months. There may be a requirement for activities to be carried out at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, located a 25 minute car journey away from Peterborough City Hospital.
