What the role looks like….
• This is a full time Operative role, within the Assembly department.
• A typical day in the job…
• Candidates should be flexible team players, able to work under pressure and without close supervision.
• Working in a safe manner to meet output targets and quality standards are key to this position.
• Previous experience in a production environment is required.
• A mechanical aptitude would be an advantage.
• Team-working, numeracy and a flexible attitude to learning new skills are essential to this role.
• The role does involve manual handling of both product and materials.
