Purosearch have teamed up with an award winning care provider looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to oversee two homes in London.

Job Description: As the General Manager, you will lead our complex care home, driving our mission to reshape the care sector. This role demands a fearless leader ready to challenge the status quo and bring innovative strategies to the forefront of care provision. You will be responsible for ensuring our care home operates at the highest standards, delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Implement and oversee our unique care regime, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and impact.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation, encouraging staff to adopt our unconventional approach to care.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure financial stability and efficiency of the care home while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the care sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the care industry.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to innovate and drive change in a traditional industry.
