We are pleased to share an opportunity for an experienced Technical Surveyor to join our Housing team.
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience working in the design and construction industry to lead our Housing Improvements Team.
The Housing Improvements team are based in Coed Pella, our state of the art building based in the Centre of Colwyn Bay. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid, a blended approach splitting your working week between the workplace and working remotely from home. This will give you more flexibility and autonomy to the working day. You will also benefit from our many policies to support your health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Housing and Building Regulations, Legislation and Standards, and the ability to build strong working relationships with key internal and external partners
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
