As part of our Asset Acquisition team within mua, you will report to our Pricing Manager and provide high-quality administrative support to our colleagues, clients and partners. You’ll work with colleagues and customers at every stage of the utility connection quotation process, from creating an offer through to receiving invoices, and ensuring our administrative processes are effective and efficient.
What you will be doing
- Supporting our clients through all stages of the quotation process, from creating an initial offer through to receiving invoices
- Promptly resolving customer enquiries with input from relevant team members where necessary
- Ensuring our administrative processes are effective and efficient, enabling us to provide high-quality levels of service to all our clients and partners at all times
- Supporting the team by conducting research into market trends and best practice
- Assisting in the rollout of new processes and systems
- Creating and maintaining process documents
- Monitoring and reporting on key business performance metrics
Who we are looking for
- Qualified in a suitably related field, working
- towards qualification, or a willingness to
- undertake continued learning. Experience within the Electrical distribution, Gas transportation, or Water transportation industries
- High proficiency using Microsoft Word & Outlook,
- with demonstrable knowledge of Excel Knowledge of the utilities sector
- Clear communication and organisational skills
