Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Scheduler to manage 6 engineers across the Northwest. We are looking for an assertive, organised individual who can manage a busy workload managing the Northwest site. Working Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm paying a competitive range based in Leigh.
What will you be doing as aTeam Scheduler?
- You will be managing the northwest account of approximately 100 - 150 clients across England and Ireland
- Scheduling and Planning jobsheets for the engineers
- Managing a team of 6 engineers
- Ensuring that job sheets are completed, jobs are booked out and the diaries are working efficiently with the needs of the business
- Liaison with contractors for parts and new quotes
- Problem solving
- Ensuring that quotes are accurate, marring up again supplier invoices
- Prioritising a busy workload ensuring that each engineer has 7 - 8 jobs booked out on a daily basis
- Managing clients expectations working within an SLA agreement
- Using an electronic system to book out jobs
- Carrying out service reviews with clients
- Arranging for broken equipment to be collected from clients
- Organising cable and oil changes on equipment every 6 years
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- We are looking for an assertive, enthusiastic, robust candidate who has experience managing a busy workload. You will have had previous experience in planning or scheduling, meeting client expectations and also problem solving.
- You will be a strong team player with a strong work ethic
- You will have strong IT skills and able to navigate systems effectively
- Any experience within the engineering, transport, hydraulics, would be advantageous
