Role Purposes

Bus Driver – Kelso Services

This is a minibus driving role based in Newtown St Boswells to provide commercial service routes in the Kelso area. Please note several positions are currently available.

Our operations are between Monday and Saturday from the hours of 6:00am-19:00pm.

This is a 37 hour per week contract and candidates will be expected to join a rota of drivers working 3 or 4 days out of 6 each week. The contract is ongoing for 12 months of the year.

Drivers will be expected to operate school bus services as well as commercial bus routes.

Training will include PVG application, Driver Induction, full MIDAS training and route learning prior to deployment. D licence holders with previous experience in public service work are preferred.

Full manual driving licence with minimum Category D1


A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
