**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED**
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to assist passengers with assistance requirements located in Stansted Airport. This is a great opportunity to work with a global company, with no experience required and full on the job training provided! Pay: £11.50 per hour Overtime Available! Hours: 19:00 - 05:30 Shift Rotation: 4 on 4 off Location: Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW) Duration: Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunities Additional Benefits of the Role: Bus and Train services available for all shift start and end times Discounted Airport Parking Free Uniform and Training Discounts at Various Airport Retail Outlets Employee Benefits Schemes Financial and Mental Health Support The Role of a Customer Service Advisor: Helping passengers with assistance requirements to and from the aircraft and around the airport enhancing the passengers journey Greet passengers always asking what help is required Explaining the process to the passenger Preparing the passenger for check in and security, assisting with check in and security processes Ensure the collection of wheelchairs around the airport terminal and returning them to the required storage There will be other parts of the role which would be required, which we would be happy to discuss when we speak with you.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements: 5 years' worth of references (Our dedicated team will obtain them for you!) Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!) Ability to complete a GSAT (Paid for by us!)
