Join us as a Seasonal Operative, working Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Salary: £11.44 Hours: 37 hours per week, 10:00 to 18:00 Location: Seascale, Whitehaven
About This Opportunity Youll be working independently, ensuring local areas remain pristine. This role involves heavy lifting and sustained physical activity, so reasonable fitness is required. A driving license for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes is necessary.
Key Duties: Reporting damaged items in public area Manual removal of litter and detritus Removal of dead animal Ensuring recycling sites meet acceptable standards and reporting full banks immediately Conducting vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance Waste Services operates 363 days a year, requiring some unsocial hours to maintain public service provision.

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
