Summary
36.25 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8:15am – 4:00pm (includes an unpaid 30-minute daily break)
Somerset Grade 12 (£26,421 - £29,777 FTE – pay award pending)
Term time plus 3 INSET days (38 weeks and 3 days per year)
Actual starting salary £21,939The Castle School is seeking to appoint a committed and effective Early Help Coordinator from September 2024.
The successful candidate will be working within a highly effective and passionate pastoral team. Within the role you will foster strong relationships with all team members, informing your understanding of the students identified as needing early help support and their family challenges.
