Summary
Involvement in all aspects of service access including referral triage, enhanced assessments, risk assessments, clinical pathway decision making and liaising with external services to support client needs. You will support patients who may not be suitable for NHS Talking Therapies, co-facilitate group work, provide and receive clinical supervision where appropriate, and hold a small caseload of clients with tailored supervision support. The team is a new development within the service so you will work together to identify new opportunities and ways of working that support patients both within the service and across the local mental health system.
