Are you a Hub Operative looking to join a pioneering healthcare logistics company in a purposeful role?
You'll be working 42.5 hrs a week,20:00 - 04:00 Monday to Friday and will be paid £27,000 at our site in Tamworth.

Purpose of the role
To control assigned day to day activities within the warehouse including receipt and checking of products, issue and dispatch of
products, product storage and stock rotation as specified. This position will also carry out additional duties as instructed by
Warehouse Team Leaders, Shift Managers, Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager. To ensure that all areas of operational
responsibility comply with all Company, legal, environmental, ISO, security and Health and Safety procedures and standards. To
ensure all documentation is completed accurately and returned promptly to the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with procedures and guidelines and ensure that performance standards are met.
Receive, check, and locate products in compliance to procedures and instructions.
Pick and pack products in compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
Adhere to work instructions.
Suggest and contribute to any improvement initiatives.
Assume responsibility for functions specified by the Warehouse Team Leader
Ensure that all documentation pertinent to the function is forwarded to the relevant department.
Notify the Warehouse Team Leader of deviations to procedures.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
Complete the daily mechanical handling checklist (MHE users only)
Ensure that working practices conform to health and safety standards.
Experience/Skills Required
Able to work at pace and deliver a quality result at all times.
Able to work within a team and individually.
Flexibility.
High attention to detail.
Previous experience within a fast-paced parcel sortation or fulfilment environment.
Trained on PPT, LLOP and or Forklift (desirable)
First aid trained (desirable)
