Luke Ormsby Hair are a sustainably minded salon seeking a skilled hairstylist and Salon Manager to oversee our busy salon in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hairdressing industry and a flair for managing a team of talented professionals.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth running and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise and mentor salon staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with clients and staff effectively.
- Implement strategies to drive sales through upselling services and retail products.
- Oversee store management tasks such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Demonstrate expertise in All hairdressing services
Skills:
- Proven experience in hair salon management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for clients.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in store management tasks including inventory control and supplier relations.
