Link3 Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant required to start work in our Secondary Schools in Leicester (Immediate start).

We are looking for a passionate and energetic SEN Teaching Assistant who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for special needs children in Leicester.

Job Details:

This SEN Teaching Assistant position is a full time and temporary role, starting immediately. For great performing individuals, there is opportunities for temporary to permanent contracts.

We require a skilled and creative SEN Teaching Assistant who will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humour, and the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

To be successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Have previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or within an SEN provision

Have a good understanding of the curriculum

Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.

Have a passion for working with children.

Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.

Essential Requirements:

As a minimum, all applicants must have:

a minimum of 3 months experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or within an SEN Provision.

A positive approach to child development, managing behaviour and be passionate about your subject which is evident in your teaching.

Applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS check registered to the update service.
