Summary

Applications are invited for the post of Admissions Operations Team Leader in the Admissions and Applicant Services Department of the Marketing and Communications Directorate.

Joining the Admissions and Applicant Services team at an exciting phase of investment and expansion, this key appointment will be responsible for leading a team of Admissions Advisors who provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the applicant cycle.

You will have experience of leading a team in an Admissions context, motivating staff whilst driving process efficiency and excellent customer service. A detailed understanding of UCAS, UKVI, and CAS issuing processes will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and work collaboratively to resolve complex matters.
