Summary

Permanent – Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Here at Lovell, we are now looking for a hardworking, committed Purchase Ledger Assistant – someone to accurately and timely record purchase ledger invoices, matching of goods received notes to invoices and resolving queries and unapproved invoices.

Meeting and greeting visitors at reception, you’ll answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests, whilst coordinating boardroom bookings, always working to deadlines.

We’d like our Purchase Ledger Administrator to ideally have proven experience of a similar role, have knowledge of construction materials and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Coins system (or similar). With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will have a professional yet friendly telephone manner and be able to work on own initiative. We also ask that you have strong organisational skills and have an understanding of accruals and costs for material/plant cost.
