Summary

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic addition to support our Welfare and Skills team to develop and co-ordinate support for students with welfare and mental health difficulties, along with being a member of the college safeguarding team.

The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of 2 A Levels, along with English and Maths qualifications. Previous experience of working with young people with administration and confidential capacity are essential along with experience in an educational environment being desirable.

This is a full-time / term-time post commencing in September 2024 to cover a period of maternity leave of up to 12 months so will be fixed term for this period of time or on the return of the incumbent post holder.

The salary banding for this post will be 11 – 14 which ranges from £24,138 to £26,440 per annum (pro rata). The actual starting salary for this post is £20,951 but may be negotiated based on experience.
