Summary
Monitoring Officer needed in Newton Abbott Paying £15.70 per hr ref 5250559
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsible for the management of planning appeals, ensuring that junior staff process appeals effectively, giving direction and training where necessary and dealing personally with complex appeals and Public Inquiries.
Manage the collection of CIL and S106 developer contributions, (and related payments such as habitats mitigation contributions), including issuing notices and associated invoices in accordance with complex legislative requirements and payment terms.
Make decisions on the amount of CIL to be paid and the grant of exemptions.
Monitor the expenditure of CIL and S106 on Exacom and as the planning representative on the Capital Review Board ensure the timely expenditure of monies to prevent claims for repayment
