Summary

Work Base: Pemberton House, Ipswich

Realise Futures has a vacancy within our team for Digital and Work Skills tutors. A minimum level 3 teaching qualification and a subject qualification in the relevant areas are essential.

We are looking for knowledgeable and passionate tutors with experience of teaching some, or all, of cooking, hospitality or childcare. This would primarily be based in Ipswich but potentially across Suffolk. Outreach delivery is the norm and a willingness to travel in order to deliver in partner venues is essential, so access to own transport is required, as are excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working in partnership and flexibility in the role.

Supporting our learners to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life & work; this is most often through formal assessment to achieve qualifications but also on unaccredited courses using the RARPA process to ensure high quality provision is delivered.
