Role - Housing Maintenance officer
Location - Stoke, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours 37.5 hours Monday - Friday (Flexible work life balance)
Role - Permanent Contract
Salary £28,000
Job Role: To ensure Various Housing Repair work is completed on moving in or eviction, working across various Prosperities in the Stoke area, Travel will be expensed and Fuel cost would be covered on a weekly basis.
Key Duties:
- Cosmetic housing repairs where needed
- Being Reliable, Trustworthy and able to flexible where needed
- Lock Repairs
- Door Repairs
- Fitting Windows
- Boiler issues and ensuring working (in winter times)
must be a car driver and willingness to be flexible with working hours when required to meet demands
