Summary

Field Care Team Leader:

Do you love process and order along with a challenge?

If so, this role is perfect for you! – As a Field Care Team Leader, you’ll utilise your excellent organisational skills and care sector experience to maintain the company’s quality compliance functions and documentation for both customers and field staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Field Care Supervisors, ensuring that operational processes meet quality and compliance standards.

This role will be working within the quality at our Beccles Branch, completing 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm, with an additional on-call requirement (One 8-hour weekend day every other week). Working on call requires you to be the designated contact for the out of hours teams to provide support for all aspects of care delivery. Our on-call duties are compensated in addition to the salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management & Support of Field Care Supervisors: Ensure that the team meets the operational, quality and compliance standards.
• Quality Assurance: maintain and improve quality assurance functions and documentation.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience in Health and/or Social Care.
• Computer literate and experience of using Microsoft packages.
• Experience collaborating with people and the ability to have a difficult conversation.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience of team leadership/management.
• Organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
• Driving Licence & Access to your own vehicle.
