We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our friendly Women’s Health Team at University Hospitals Dorset (UHD). We provide a range of gynaecological services including minor elective surgical procedures, early pregnancy unit, and specialist women’s health clinics.

This post is being advertised as a Band 3, however applicants that do not meet the required care certificate competencies will initially be employed as a Band 2. Applicants who hold a care certificate accreditation will start in post at Band 3.

The successful candidate will be expected to work across site (Bournemouth Hospital & Poole Hospital). However the main site for the successful candidate will beBournemouth hospital.

Hours- 23 hours per week

Made up of long days (8:30-17:30, Early's 8:30-13:00 & late's 13:00-17:30)

Please note this role will include occasional weekend working.

Locations: Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital
