About the Role
At VWFS we are seeking a part-time Data and Insight Manager to join our Marketing and Customer Experience team. Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Communications, this is a pivotal role in leading data analysis and insight activities that drive our commercial decisions, customer needs, and marketing strategies.

Your Impactful Contributions:
- Develop and deliver the VWFS csutomer Data Strategy to influence sales and income results.
- Supervise company-wide marketing and customer renewal activities to meet core objectives.
- Collaborate with VWG and key data business partners to create a single view of the customer and develop customer value metrics.
- Maximize efficiencies by automating data processing and report generation.
- Ensure data integrity and security through robust processes.
- Partner with the wider business to influence product development and campaign design.
- Define strategic reports to provide insights for planning and decision-making.
- Drive innovation through internal analysis and market research, focusing on emerging technology.
- Manage 3rd party Business and IT/Digital Development Managers for commercial marketing activities.
- Champion the customer experience across all journeys.
- Design customer-centric propositions aligned with VWFS & VWG objectives.
- Validate sales development strategies through insightful analysis.
- Oversee relationships with data insight and marketing research suppliers.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of key operational compliance aspects (e.g., TCF, FCA/Regulatory compliance, Consumer Duty)
- Creativity and a desire to innovate in marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Solid communication skills and building effective presentations at all levels, including Board level
