Summary

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our growing electrical design team in Bristol as part of a multi-disciplinary department providing detailed designs for water related projects in the UK. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.

Our water engineering consultants are world leaders, meeting increasing demands for drinking water, waste recycling and operational technology asset management.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated graduate electrical engineer to join the Leeds Water team. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer you'll work closely with experienced electrical and mechanical engineers along with colleagues in other disciplines from across the wider Water Business Unit in the UK and Ireland to deliver projects by:

Assisting with the development of outline and detailed designs and specifications for electrical, instrumentation and control works.
Providing day to day technical input as part of a team of engineers and technicians.
Ensuring your design output is completed in accordance with the agreed scope of works, timescales and budgets.
Working in close collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines as required to deliver project requirements and added value to the Client.
Working with us will give you the opportunity to develop by working on landmark projects and schemes of all shapes and sizes to help our clients tackle climate change and improve the UK’s natural water resource. You will learn from experienced people who share a passion for working together with our customers to deliver technical excellence and as you develop be given opportunity to work more independently.

To be successful in this role you will be:

A talented, motivated, enthusiastic STEM graduate who has either recently graduated or will be doing so in 2024. Have a desire to be part of the answer to the growing concerns about how we manage our precious resources and protect the environment in a sustainable and effective way.
