Summary
The Care Group Nurse Director is accountable for the safe, effective delivery of nursing,across the Care Group and for setting high standards and meeting the regulatory and commissioner requirements. Enabling nursing staff to feel actively engaged and be supported professionally to deliver the best possible care to patients and their families. The Care Group Nurse Director will provide outstanding professional leadership to nurses and midwives, with the Care Group. The role is a highly visible one to ensure that nursing makes the fullest contribution to the development in delivering a high quality clinical, education and research service within the Care Group.
