Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Oakwood Unit for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic band 2 Health care assistant for part time ( 15 hours) post. Oakwood is a nurse led community inpatient hospital with 24 beds. We are a very friendly team with In-House doctors, nurses, health care assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, and Multi Therapy assistants. The role will be based in Oakwood, Prospect Park Hospital, which aims to support patients in increasing rehabilitative goals and functional abilities during a short stay to enable them to return home. We are looking for dynamic and motivated staff, who can provide effective communication skills, a flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure, both as part of a team and independently to ensure patient safety is maintained at all times. Fulfil the role of Healthcare Assistant using a Competency Tool applicable to this role. We offer a supportive environment for personal and professional development
