Your Ideal Background:

Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
Experience: At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
