Summary
Looking for a new role managing a team of highly skilled goods- out operatives? Having invested over £3m in new facilities, our client has had sustained growth and are able to pay a bonus twice yearly along with winning industry award of 2024!
You’ll work closely with factory floor colleagues as well as key teams such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Engineering.
Excellent people skills and be passionate about achieving results through people Is required, experience within an FMCG or food background is preferable.

Shifts PM shift which is from 2pm to 10:30pm (Prepared to stay late if required from the business) PLUS SHIFT PREMIUM FOR BACK SHIFT
Working 5 days a week which will include working every Sunday.
