Up to £55,000 DOE
I am looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join a luxury Nursing home located in the Dartford area of Kent. The medium sized Nursing home has a Good CQC rating and is owned by a leading provider with a fantastic reputation. The home caters for the elderly alongside a variety of specialist care categories & has a great connection with the local community.
Skills and Experience for the role of Deputy Manager:
•A nurse with NMC PIN
•Experience in a Deputy Manager position within a Nursing Home environment.
•Excellent clinical skills
•Exceptional people management, strong communication skills and a passion for care
The role of Deputy Manager:
•You will be involved in continuous assessments to plan and evaluate the needs of the residents, at the same time as coaching your team members and role modelling best practice.
•Your day will be varied, including; recruitment, ensuring safe staffing levels, making sure your Home meets legislative and regulatory requirements and undertaking ongoing care assessments.
