Summary
Development Officer/ Administrator (Part time)
Salary: £4,212 per annum / 6 hours per week initially.

Menai Bridge War Memorial Community Centre is looking to recruit a part-time Development Officer/Administrator to play a part in exciting development plans and to assist with the day-to-day running of the Centre.
This is a pivotal role and the postholder will be responsible for the following -
• Playing a key role, with the new Management Committee, in the future development of the Centre to provide a welcoming and exciting place which meets the needs of the whole local community.
• Supporting the development and administration of special projects and events.
• Providing efficient administrative support to the team.
• Performing simple finance duties associated with the smooth and efficient running of the organisation.
• Managing the room hiring of available spaces and optimising the use of all facilities using the online booking and invoicing system.
The successful candidate will have previous knowledge of administration, excellent
organisational and communication skills and be able to maintain a high level of efficiency.
Knowledge of computer applications is essential. Familiarity with social media would be a plus.
The ability to speak Welsh would be preferred.
You will need to be capable of working independently (partially from home), as well as part of a team, working with the Charity’s trustees to ensure the future development and the smooth running of the Centre.
