YTHFM are looking for an approachable and flexible Administration Assistant to join our team in Scarborough.

The working pattern for this role is 3 and a half set days per week (set days to be agreed with the successful candidate) of 26.25 hours, between 8:30 - 16:30 per week.

The role will be office-based working in the admin team, providing a professional support service to patients and visitors and a variety of operational teams on the East Coast.

You will primarily be responsible for;
1. Providing administration support to the Estates and Facilities departments, ensuring all compliance documentation is recorded and stored in line with YTHFM procedures as well as general administration duties such as telephone enquiries, filing, letter writing and photocopying
2. Counting of monies, receipting of cash, emptying cash from vending/coffee machines, following the process for patient's valuables and lost property
3. Note taking for departmental meetings
4. Reception based so will include face to face contact with staff, patients and visitors
5. Ordering of stock and supplies through online systems and receipting of goods
6. Use of a ‘Helpdesk’ system for logging work request. Booking in Contractors via online system.
7. Where necessary, provide administration cover at the Bridlington site. You will need to be able to transport yourself, however use of a pool car can be provided, and travel time will be claimed back.
