Working Hours
Client: Supporting a category market leader in manufacturing
• Working any 5 out of 7 earlies (6-2) or or lates (2-10)
• As a Production Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of factory employees, providing guidance and support in a busy manufacturing environment.
Role Responsibilities - Production Support Co-ordinator
• Development of onsite contract to maintain & increase service levels, fulfilment and retention
• Maintain working pool of candidates in line with client requirements, a flexible support service to meet demand
• Liaise with onsite client to receive booking requirements and ensure fulfilment with compliant and suitable candidate from working pool
• To achieve and surpass specific KPI’s in line with Service Level Agreement
• Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to your flexible workforce and client
• Booking shifts checking and releasing ppe, managing holidays , supporting payroll
• Floor walks, being visible, supporting your site and your workforce
Role Requirements – Production Support Co-ordinator
• Proven experience in a leadership or in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Organisational and strong time management skills
• The ability to build and develop strong client relationships by simply having conversations.
• Excellent communication skills on all levels, both written and oral
• A ‘can do attitude’
• To be able to work to, and be rewarded for, achieving defined goals
• Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same.
• Preferred FMCG or manufacturing knowledge, warehousing also suitable
