Summary
As a Marketplace Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, onbuy, therange, b&q and woocommerce. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces.
• Write compelling and accurate product descriptions.
• Optimize listings for search engines and marketplace algorithms.
• Upload high-quality product images.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
• Analyze listing performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in creating and managing online marketplace listings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using listing tools and platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub).
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
