Building Services are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to provide strategic direction and support in the delivery of the corporate housing and non-housing capital programmes including planned/cyclical maintenance to ensure consistency of purpose and clear direction to achieve the highest quality of service delivery.

The post holder will manage and deliver a wide range of management tasks to ensure that maximum efficiencies are achieved in relation to the contracts section, in relation to costs, timescales and customer satisfaction.
