We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our UK Finance team at AXA Partners. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is integral to supporting the UKandI business in achieving its targets through performance insight and collaborative challenge within our business teams.
Responsibilities:
Build strong partnerships and working relationships across senior business/finance stakeholders to drive optimal business decisions
Provide business-friendly analysis and deliver insight aligned with AXA Partners UKandI business goals and long-term strategy
Collate and present financial targets and actual performance to key business stakeholders, influencing change where needed
Critically assess and support emerging business initiatives spanning key financial, commercial, underwriting, and operational business parameters
Work closely with the AXA Partners UKandI FPandA team to lead the delivery of key Group Finance-driven activity
Additional accountabilities include supporting training and development, as well as wider functional activity within the AXA Partners UKandI finance function
