Summary

Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, are looking for a talented and motivated Call Centre Agent (shift) to join our team up on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who has previous customer service experience and a strong working knowledge of administration to join the team

This varied and exciting role will involve by dealing with inbound and outbound calls to users of the Defence Training Estate, whilst upholding the best customer service at all times. The role offers excellent career progression into a forward thinking company.

The role offers the successful person huge flexibility, being able to do 3x 12 hours shifts per week, with some of these being completed on a work from home basis.

Please note, this role will operate on a shift basis, to include nights and some lone working.

Main Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
  • Computer literate
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Confident at communicating on the phone or by email
  • To be able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Good administration skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Live within commutable distance of the office
