Summary

Job Title: Estates and Facilities Co-ordinator Start Date: August 2024 Contract: Permanent, part time, all year round Salary: Grade E (£32,450 - £37,129) Pro rata (£26,310 - £30,104) Hours: 30 hours per week (this can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week) CLF are looking for an experienced Estates and Facilities Co-ordinator to join our established Estates team. Reporting to the Head of Projects & Estates and working with the CLF Estates Manager, the Estates and Facilities Co-ordinator will support with the development, implementation, administration, and co-ordination of all estate management related functions. Applicants will be able to ensure robust estate management systems, processes and procedures are in place and that records are accurate and up to date across the CLF estate. The appointed candidate will have regular contact with key stakeholders both internally and externally whilst working collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the estates and facilities function within the Trust. The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis, to include home and office-based working as well as working across the academies and provisions within the CLF, as required. You will receive support and guidance when working from home from your direct team and from the wider CLF central functions. What we are looking for: To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone experienced in working within an estates and facilities environment who has a good understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Statutory Compliance. They must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels - in person, writing, electronically and by telephone. A good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is important along with the ability to understand site related reports and data i.e. asbestos, H&S audit, Fire Risk Assessments, Water Risk Assessments etc. The ability to work on their own initiative as well as in a team is important.
